Thanks and Well Done!

An incredible €687, which included a €100 donation was the final amount raised from our Cake Sale last Sunday in Schull Parish Hall. Thanks again to everyone who contributed and in doing so helped reduce our School Building Fund debt.

Congratulations also to our two quiz teams who represented Scoil Mhuire so admirably at last weekend’s Skibbereen Credit Union Quiz. Out of a competition of 19 schools, our U11 team of Finian, Lorcan, Paddy and Amy Lou were agonisingly close to winning, eventually losing out in a tie break with two other schools. Our U13 team of Jessica, Phoebe, Darragh and Donnchadh also competed very well and at various stages were among the pace setters. Well done to all our masterminds!!
